Delete your Tibalo account

Tibalo is published by CODE FAMILY. You can delete your account and the associated data at any time, from the app or by email.

From the app

Open Tibalo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Réglages (Settings).
Tap "Supprimer mon compte" (Delete my account), then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

By email

If you no longer have access to the app, write to contact@code-family.fr from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my Tibalo account". If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm the request from the account's address.

We delete the account and confirm it to you by email within one month at the latest.

What is deleted

your sign-in account: email address and identifier;
all your books: requests, worlds, characters, outlines and written pages;
your pending story proposals;
your unused credits and your unlocked acts, which cannot be restored;
your free offer counters and the record of your agreement to sending data to the artificial intelligence provider.

Data stored on your device (reading progress, adventure sheet, settings) is erased when you uninstall the app.

What is kept

Purchase records, detached from your account and email address (they stay linked to the store's transaction identifier), for ten years from the end of the financial year, to meet our accounting obligations (French Commercial Code, Article L123-22).
Daily cost counters and generation tasks, without any text, until they are deleted automatically, about 30 days after their creation.
Reports you have sent [TO VERIFY: anonymised or deleted, and period].
Technical logs of our servers, until they expire [TO VERIFY: 30 days].

Your purchase history with Apple or Google remains governed by their own privacy policies. Any data kept by our artificial intelligence provider for abuse detection is kept for a limited time, described in our privacy policy.
